Supporting Tony every step of the way is his wife, Nichol, who brings over a decade of HR and Risk Management experience. Her leadership, insight, and unwavering support are the glue that keeps AmeriFree Water strong, efficient, and people-focused.

Our COO, Lawrence Romaldo—and Tony’s brother—is a detail-oriented powerhouse with a proven track record of building high-performing territories in the water treatment industry. His extensive knowledge of equipment, processes, and procedures is an integral part of our operations and continued success.
